Exercise List

1. Breath in (nose.) Breath out (mouth.)

2. Roll shoulder

modify: 3. Clasp hands & push forward

modify: 4. Clasp hands - up & down

5. Toe lift = "ankle pumping" (40 times)

6. Heal rise (10 times)

7. Kick from knee (10 times)

modify: 8. Cross arms & lean forward & back

modify: 9. Cross arms & rotate left/right (10 times)

10. Touch neck & make circles (w/ elbow) (5 times)

11. Extend arms. Touch shoulders. (10 times)

12. Breath in & out. (2 times)

13. Wrist circles

14. Wrist up & down

15. Fingers close/open

16. Squeeze ball (10 times)

17. Look up. Look down. (5 times)

18. Look right. Look left. (5 times)

Standing: (Hold belt)

1. Raise heels

2. March in place (20 times)

(one leg at a time)

3. Bend knee (both) (10 times)
